About

BFQ Incorporated is a ministry arm of the Baptist Union of Qld. Our major aim is to provide an avenue for evangelical churches (not just Baptist ones) to introduce people to a relationship with Jesus. The league is a great way for churches to engage with members of the wider community, and, provides a safe, competitive and organised environment that enables individuals to exercise and enjoy a good game of football.

Competitions

BFQ currently runs Senior Mens and Womens competitions across Brisbane, Australia, and for the first time are introducing BFQ Juniors in 2023! There is also an opportunity for our players and referees to represent BFQ at State Selections and CFFA National Titles.

2026 AGM and Pre-Season Mtg

The regular AGM and Pre-season meeting will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 18 February 2026, at the Salvation Army NBC, Taigum . Attendance by voting club members is compulsory and worth one competition point. Emails have been sent to clubs and managers - please add into your diaries. SEASON COMMENCEMENT Work is still being done to finalise the season dates for 2026. For planning purposes, it is expected that the season will start around late March, and will conclude on 12 Septe
